Marine, Sea & Seashore
Having lived by the sea for a major part of my life I have been fascinated by nautical and marine images. They can be very nostalgic and evocative and a single image can transport the mind to a place or a beach or a moment by the sea.
I remember being in a city hotel on business and the sea food restaurant within the hotel had a selection of large marine images on it’s walls and the ambience and the natural connection between the food being served and the wonderful images on the wall made the eating experience all the more memorable.
I have enjoyed putting this selection of nautical and marine images together and as it is one of my favourite subjects, this particular library will continue to be added to.
